It all starts with the T of Acceptatie/ Acceptance our Transgender child, a child that is ‘different’.
Then find the R of Raadgevers / Counsellors. Counsellors we all need around us. They give us support and good advice when we need it.
Then follows the O of Being objective. With objectivity you learn to see everything clearly, without judging in the ‘here and now’, with mindfulness so that every time you view everything from a clean slate.
After the O we find the T of Tegenslagen / Setbacks. You do not only have to overcome setbacks, but it's nice if you recieve tools on how to overcome them. We all have setbacks, whether you are transgender or not. We can’t change the outer world be we CAN learn how to cope with it.
And finally, celebrate the S of samen-werking /cooperation and successes. We will not work without working-together. Stay always in touch and in connection, you are not alone. When the life circle is round again, do not forget to celebrate your successes. Successes are very important to celebrate life. It’s your anchor and building on successes will make you stronger and happier.
In this way you will finish the life circle and you can build on the next round. This way, a new round starts each time that you go through in the same way.
